Fostering is Hang Ruan. Hang began writing music in 1990, and worked in music production in Chicago from 1998-2006. He makes eclectic music utilizing analog and software synthesizers, guitar, piano/keyboard, sound generators, percussion, drum machines, samplers, effects, field recordings, and found sounds. Hang is a psychotherapist and social worker specializing in mindfulness therapy.
